Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy looks at the overall picture of how your body is ordered, moves, and how one issue can lead to problems elsewhere. This helps to systematically identify the root cause of any pain, dysfunction, or areas currently holding you back.
At Quality Care, we will use hands-on methods to assess and diagnose your area of pain and/or injury. We will then design a treatment plan that will rehabilitate the function and movement of that area by increasing your joint mobility, muscle strength, balance, and endurance. Our physiotherapist will get you feeling like your old self and show you how to prevent injury(s) from occurring in the future.
Virtual Physiotherapy
Virtual physiotherapy is a safe way to continue your treatment plan from the comfort of your home. After booking, you will receive a link to your appointment that you can save and put in your calendar. Or click from your email confirmation at the time of your appointment to get started.
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
Your pelvic floor is responsible for several important functions; it is essential for continence (sphincter function), supports our pelvic organs, helps with lower back stability, and is integral for sex. For women, it can be an important treatment to consider before and after childbirth, if you are experiencing hormonal changes, and especially around menopause.
Our pelvic floor experts may do an internal or external evaluation of your abdominal and pelvic musculature. An internal exam is not mandatory, however, it will help build an accurate treatment plan. Do you experience pelvic, low back, hip, or groin pain? Do you experience pain during intercourse? Do you have difficulty with urinating or bowel movements? Most people who experience pelvic pain suffer in isolation. We are here to help.

Athletic Therapy
Athletic Therapy is NOT just for athletes. This is a common misconception. Similar to Physiotherapy, Athletic Therapy can help address issues such as sprains, back pain, arthritis, strains, incontinence, bursitis, posture problems, sport and workplace injuries, plus reduced mobility. Sessions will blend traditional manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation to treat many common conditions related to soft tissue and muscle injuries as well as joint dysfunction.
At Quality Care, our Athletic therapists are experts in the assessment and management of injuries to muscles, bones, and joints. Our therapists will use various manual manipulation, modalities, and will give you a home exercise program designed just for you. Our goal for each session will be to get you faster, stronger, and increase your overall mobility.

Registered Massage Therapy
Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) is the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, and joints. It can help alleviate the discomfort associated with everyday and occupational stresses, muscular over-use, and many chronic pain conditions. If employed early enough after an injury or trauma, massage therapy can greatly reduce the development of painful muscular patterning.
At Quality Care, our registered massage therapists will provide hands-on mechanical manipulation of your body's soft tissues. They will work towards bringing you comfort in your muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and joints.
Yoga Therapy
This yoga class is for all ages and fitness levels. Your Yoga Instructor will help guide you through various ranges of motion and help you stretch in a safe environment.
